AIRIN answers and understands customer calls, captures and qualifies leads, books appointments, routes and transfers conversations, follows up by text and email, supports website chat and voice, takes payments, and records the outcome of every conversation.
AIRIN started with HVAC, plumbing, and insurance. Those remain strong examples, but they no longer define who AIRIN is for. Any business that answers customer calls and books or routes work can now set AIRIN up around the way its own customers reach it.
Instead of an industry template, AIRIN is configured around the customer-contact pattern a business actually has: emergency and after-hours demand that needs triage and on-call routing; appointment-driven work where the job is filling the calendar; quote and intake-driven requests that need a structured, qualified hand-off; professional services built on relationships and routing to the right person; and multi-location or franchise operations that need one set of rules across many numbers.
Law firms are supported through guided onboarding. AIRIN can capture information a firm uses for conflict checks, but it does not clear conflicts, give legal advice, or make legal judgments. Dental and medical practices are not generally available; healthcare inquiries are accepted for a private readiness review only.
Pricing is published and self-serve. Reception is $59 a month with 200 talk-minutes included, Pro is $139 a month with 500, and Max is $259 a month with 1,000. Overage runs $0.65, $0.50, and $0.45 per minute respectively, and AIRIN never stops answering when minutes run out. There is no setup fee and no contract. Custom plans cover multi-location teams and bespoke workflows.
